This is a summary and a tale of an operation that took place in mid 2022. 

I was working at a UPS located at 7830 National Turnpike, Louisville, KY 40214. 


I was working with a few people there , and we would often go outside and smoke and talk on breaks and such. 

After a time , I had began spending more time with a older black gentleman there named Jarvis. 

He told me that he also used to go by Jam. 

Jarvis was a decent dude , who had just got out of jail.  
A stocky and fit guy who was keen on finding ways to make money. 


At the time , a drug called spice was going around on the streets. 

the original drug of this contraption used to be a drug called JWH-018 , that stands for John W Hoffman , 
who first synthesized a chemical that produced an effect when comsumed , similar top marijuana. 


After a series of laws around the product , that chemical was outlawed. 

For a time , there was a mixture of similar RC's or Research Chemicals , that would still be able to 
be transported , and there was a mixture of these substances , to create some type of similar effect. 



As people were using it more and more , and the original was outlawed , the drug had changed from 
a thing you could smoke and get a marijuana like effect , to a stupifying and hermful drug when 
people use it , it is at this point a mix up of similar or stronger chemicals , sprayed onto 
leaves that people smoke. 


Many people were drug users at the time , and it was a hot selling commodity. 



Jarvis was selling this , and was explaining to me after he learned 
I knew what I was talking about , some of his contacts and means of getting the chemical , 

He had a contact in china , that I previously  had researched and found a place called , 
Chang Industries that was producing this chemical , along with fenynal etc. 


I had tried too at the time , explain to jarvis , that under any circumstance , 
He should absolutely avoid sending any form of payments to his Chinese counterparts ,  

I was trying to explain to him , that sending money out of the US for 
drugs , was a thing that was going to get him in trouble. 


He somewhat listened to me , and we talked a bit more those times , before going back into work. 



A few weeks later he called me asking me to - do a favor for him. 

I said sure , lets go. 




He picked me up at my house and we drove to a local CVS off of 3rd street , 

as he handed me around $2500 in cash , and asked me to western union the money to his contact in the CVS store. 



I just slowly looked at Jarvis and said , Ok then , sure no problem. 


The transaction didnt go through as I was at the counter and he was standing behind me to the side. 
After the transaction failed , I looked towards Jarvis to hand him his money back , and he said ,  

"No wait , don't do that here , wait till we get back in the car to give it back too me  "
Like when we werent on camera. 



I just slowly looked at Jarvis again and said , Ok then , sure no problem. 


Later after we talked a bit , he dropped me off to my house , 
Where I filled an FBI report out for the entire situation.
